Processing & Shipping:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
Niche Hair Company is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or customs delays).
Order Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
The only exception to this policy is if you have communicated directly with the owner and received written approval for a return or exchange.
Approved returns must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition with tags and packaging intact. Any product that has been worn, installed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will work directly with you to resolve the matter.
